Fans can now request a refund directly from the Need Help modal in their orders, and you get a clean view to review those requests. It cuts down on support emails and keeps everything in one place.
Evidence used to disappear once a dispute left needs-response. Now you can reopen the submitted response and every attached file — with inline image and PDF previews — on disputes under review, won, or lost.
The Issue Multiple Refunds action now lives outside the Downloads menu on the ticket dashboard, where you'd expect to find it. Bulk refunds are easier to reach.
Set an early-bird price that steps up to standard on a date you
choose, and correct a live pass price without deleting a product
buyers already hold. Up to 25 waves per pass, and you can announce
the upcoming change to fans.
When you're creating a hold and the venue you need doesn't exist yet, you can now add it right from the venue picker — no more stopping to set it up somewhere else first.
You can now generate and email year-end donation statements to supporters, giving them the tidy tax-time recap they need. We also fixed an issue that could stop these statements from sending.
A new six-step wizard walks you from event basics to tickets to on sale, all in one modal. Nothing saves until you create, and you can finish as a draft or put tickets on sale right away.
Conductor can now answer questions about how your memberships are performing, so you can get instant insight without digging through reports. Just ask how sales are trending.
You can now view rich detail pages for the agencies and agents you work with, keeping their contacts and relationships organized in one place for smoother booking.
A new Current Members report under Memberships gives you a clear, up-to-date view of everyone in your program so you can track and engage your active supporters.
The Memberships report now flags active members with a pending cancellation who are set to opt out next period. That early warning gives you the chance to reach out and win them back before they go.
