Search everything from one place

We've made it much easier to find what you're looking for in Opendate. Search now works across everything in your account—events, artists, offers, and fans—all from a single search bar. No more hunting through different sections or trying to remember where you filed something.

The search is smart about what you have access to. If your venue doesn't use a particular feature, you won't see irrelevant results cluttering up your search. You'll only see what matters to your operation, which means less noise and faster results when you're trying to track down that specific artist, pull up a fan's purchase history, or find an offer you set up last month.

We've also added search bars directly within event pages, so you can look things up without breaking your flow. Whether you're in the middle of updating an event and need to reference another artist, or you're handling a customer inquiry and need to quickly pull up their details, everything is now within reach. This saves you the constant back-and-forth of navigating between pages just to find basic information.
