Scope promo codes to specific ticket types

Per-event promo codes can now discount only the ticket types you choose, without needing to reveal hidden tickets. Reserved-seating buyers even see the discounted tier price before they add to cart, so the savings are clear up front.

When you create a promo code for an event, you can now choose exactly which ticket types it applies to. Want to offer a discount on General Admission but not VIP? Done. Need to run a promo for balcony seats only? You can do that too. The code will only work on the ticket types you select, giving you precise control over your pricing strategy.

This works without any workarounds. You don't need to create hidden ticket types or duplicate your event setup. Just pick the ticket types when you're creating the code, and Opendate handles the rest. It's especially useful when you're running multiple promotions at once or when you want to move specific inventory without discounting your entire event.

For reserved seating events, there's an added benefit: buyers see the discounted price right on the seat map before they select anything. No surprises at checkout, no confusion about whether the code worked. They can comparison shop between sections knowing exactly what they'll pay, which means fewer abandoned carts and less time spent answering "did my code work?" emails.
