Hold challenges let your team start, track, and resolve competing holds right from the calendar. Challenge an active hold that has another hold ahead of it, and Opendate identifies the first hold in line, sets a one-business-day response deadline, and marks the holds involved on the calendar. When the agent or promoter gets back to you, record the outcome: confirmed, released, or withdrawn.

When three holds are stacked on the same Saturday, the hard part is keeping track of who owes a response and when it is due, and that usually lives in email threads, texts, and someone's memory.
