| Fee load, $30 ticket | All-In Pricing shows the total upfront | West Plains schedule: about $3.90, roughly 13% of face |
"10% of the face value of the ticket, with a minimum of $1.00 and a maximum of $5.00 per ticket," plus credit card processing at "3%" — Etix, in its agreement with the City of West Plains, Missouri

A pencil hold beats a phone call. Rank the holds, promote one, drop the rest, and the date is yours before the agent calls back.
The offer you sign prices the on-sale. Ticket types, comps and kills come off the accepted deal, and the announce sequence dates itself.
The settlement already knows the guarantee. One click runs splits, bonuses and comps against live counts, and the artist signs tonight.

Replaced 15 filing cabinets of manila folders and six disconnected systems. Ticket sales up 12.5%.
“The visibility alone is transformative. Instead of six systems, now everything, from plots to contracts, is in one place.”
Etix's published capabilities cover ticketing, patron management, marketing, box office hardware and mobile entry. A calendar, holds, offers, advances and settlement appear on none of them.
Rates are negotiated per client. The public record: in its agreement with the City of West Plains, Missouri, 10% of face with a $1 minimum and a $5 cap, plus 3% card processing. A Kitsap County, Washington document puts an online convenience fee near 15%.
Etix says "Your data is 100% owned by you." Take that at face value. Opendate segments the same record by genre, spend and history, then markets to it in place.
Nothing on sale moves. Calendar import runs about a week and the fan list comes with it. New announces go up on Opendate. Seating charts take 3–5 days.
