When you're running a popular venue or tour, bots are a constant headache. They snap up tickets in seconds, frustrate your real fans, and create a mess of fraudulent orders you have to clean up later. Until now, you've had to remember to turn on CAPTCHA verification manually for each individual event—easy to forget when you're creating dozens of shows a month.
We've added a new setting that lets you enable checkout verification by default for your entire venue. Turn it on once, and every new event you create will automatically require CAPTCHA at checkout. No more remembering to flip the switch. No more discovering after an on-sale that bots got through because you forgot to enable protection.
This means cleaner sales data, fewer chargebacks, and tickets going to actual humans who want to attend your events. You can still adjust verification settings on individual events if needed, but the default does the heavy lifting for you. It's a small change that saves you time and protects your inventory without any extra effort.
