We've added a new Enrich button to organization records that automatically pulls in fresh company details and logos. When you click it, Opendate reaches out to trusted business data sources and updates the record with current information—things like official company names, websites, social media links, and brand logos. It takes about two seconds, and you don't need to leave the page.

This means your CRM stays accurate without manual data entry. When a promoter rebrands or moves their office, you'll have the current details. When you're preparing for a meeting with a potential partner, their logo and contact information will already be there and up to date. Your team spends less time hunting down LinkedIn pages or copying and pasting from websites, and more time actually working with the organizations that matter to your venue.

Every enrichment is logged automatically, so you can see exactly what changed and when. If a phone number updates or a logo gets refreshed, there's a clear record.
