We came to NIVA to talk shop, but one of the highlights of the week was co-hosting a packed out party with TBA Agency.

With a guest list that included venue folks, friends old and new, people from all corners of the live music ecosystem, most of the Opendate team, and one extremely photogenic chair, it was a perfect mid-conference detour.

We posted up at Mader’s, a traditional German spot that’s been part of Milwaukee’s story for over a century. It turned out to be the perfect backdrop for this corner of the live music world to connect and unwind.

Felt a little like a reunion, didn’t it? Whether we’re partners, competitors, or just finally putting faces to names, it’s clear we’re all chasing the same thing: a thriving, sustainable future for live music. Nights like this remind us we’re all in it together.
