Schedule Publishing Support Artists

Now you can choose exactly when a support act appears on the public event page using show details.

You can now:

  • Schedule support artist visibility — Choose exactly when a support act appears on the public event page.
  • Hide artists until ready — Keep support acts private until you’re ready to announce them.

How It Works

  1. Go to your Show Details for an event.
  2. Set a date for each support artist.
  3. Before that date, the artist remains hidden from the public page.
  4. On or after that date, they’ll automatically appear.

This makes it easier to coordinate announcements, manage marketing timelines, and ensure your audience gets the right information at the right time.
