Indianapolis, IN - June 8, 2023 - Opendate.io, a provider of software and ticketing solutions for live music, is delighted to announce the hiring of Alex and Andrew Jensen as key additions to its team. Alex and Andrew, the co-founders of NoonChorus and former leaders at Mandolin, bring their expertise and visionary thinking to Opendate, where they will lead industry relations and develop new tools for the Opendate software suite.
In early 2020, brothers Alex and Andrew Jensen co-founded NoonChorus, recognized by Rolling Stone, The Grammy’s, and Pitchfork as the premier live-streaming platform for independent artists. NoonChorus was acquired by the live-stream platform Mandolin in September 2021. At Mandolin Alex and Andrew worked with artists and venues on content distribution strategies and contributed to the development of new products such as Mandolin Fan Navigator. Their accomplishments were recognized by Fast Company when Mandolin was named the Most Innovative Music Company of 2022.
Alex and Andrew will help accelerate Opendate's best-in-class venue management and ticketing solutions through the addition of a collection of new features designed to help independent music venues collect, organize, and prioritize booking submissions. This new set of capabilities integrates with the broader Opendate platform and empowers venues to efficiently manage their booking process.
