We’re seeking a proactive, hands-on Demand Generation Manager to join our growing marketing team. This role is ideal for someone who can both think strategically and execute tactically. You’ll own demand generation from end-to-end. From planning and campaign building, to performance optimization, to driving leads, pipeline, and revenue. You’ll collaborate closely with sales, product, and client success to align efforts and accelerate growth.

Work Environment
- Work Model: 100% remote, with the option to collaborate in our Indianapolis or Chicago offices as frequently as desired.
- Work Travel: Occasional domestic travel for customer events and quarterly in-person team gatherings.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive demand generation strategy aligned with company goals, driving inbound leads for our sales team
- Own all aspects of campaign management across paid, organic, and inbound channels.
- Manage lead generation, nurturing, and scoring programs in HubSpot to drive conversion from MQL to SQL.
- Build and optimize workflows, integrations, reporting, and dashboards in HubSpot CRM.
- Collaborate with sales to ensure alignment on target segments, messaging, and lead handoff.
- Partner with product teams to create offers, assets, and messaging that drive engagement.
- Track, analyze, and report on funnel performance metrics, ROI, and campaign impact.
- Run A/B tests and data-driven experiments to continuously improve performance.
- Familiarity with channels such as LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, Meta Ads, webinars, and partner campaigns.
Requirements
- Experience: 3–5+ years in B2B SaaS demand generation or performance marketing with proven results driving qualified leads and pipeline.
- HubSpot Expertise: Strong, hands-on experience managing campaigns, workflows, and reporting in HubSpot.
- Strategic and Tactical: You can plan and execute, moving seamlessly from high-level strategy to campaign build-out.
- Analytical: You measure everything, identify insights, and use data to optimize.
- Independent Operator: You don’t need to be taught; you take ownership, experiment, and deliver outcomes.
- Collaborative: Strong communicator who thrives working cross-functionally with sales, product, and leadership.
- Agile: Comfortable in a startup or scale-up environment, managing multiple priorities with urgency.
Nice to Have
- Experience in live entertainment, venues, or events.
- Account-based marketing (ABM) experience.
