If you have a custom-built website with Opendate, you can now control the aspect ratio used for your ticketing display directly in your dashboard.

To adjust this setting, head to:
Settings → Ticketing → Website Event Image Resolution

Once updated, a small change needs to be made on your website for the new aspect ratio to go live. Please contact your Opendate support representative and we’ll help complete the adjustment.

This new feature gives you more control over how your events are displayed — ensuring your ticketing experience looks perfect on your site.
