If you've been using Opendate for a while, there's a good chance your tag list has gotten messy. Maybe you created tags for one-off events that are long gone, or experimented with different naming conventions before settling on what works. Until now, those unused tags just sat there, cluttering up your dropdown menus and making it harder to find the ones you actually use.
We've added the ability to delete unused tags directly from your master tag list in team settings. If a tag isn't currently applied to any contacts, you can remove it with a click. This means your tagging system stays clean and relevant as your venue evolves, without the archaeological layers of tags from months or years past.
For venues and promoters managing hundreds or thousands of contacts, this makes a real difference. Your team can find the right tags faster when segmenting audiences for campaigns. New staff members aren't confused by outdated or redundant options. And you can reorganize your tagging strategy without baggage from the past weighing you down. It's a small change that makes your CRM feel more like a tool that works for you, not against you.
