When you're running a promotion, you often want to give access to more than one ticket type—maybe VIP and General Admission, or a full festival pass plus day tickets. Until now, if you were importing promo codes in bulk, you could only link each code to a single ticket type. Setting up anything more complex meant either importing multiple times or manually editing codes one by one.

The CSV importer now lets you specify multiple ticket types for each promo code in a single upload. You can reveal as many ticket types as you need—even all of them—for any given code. This means you can set up layered promotions, partner codes with tiered access, or press codes that unlock everything, all in one go.
