Add set lengths and end times to your printed day sheet

The Schedule section of the Print Show Advance now supports optional Length (minutes) and End time columns, giving artists and crew a clearer run-of-show at a glance.

When you're printing day sheets for your team and artists, you can now include set lengths and end times right alongside your schedule. The Print Show Advance now lets you add optional Length and End time columns to the Schedule section, so everyone walking into the venue has a complete picture of the day's timing.

This means your stage managers, sound engineers, and performers can see exactly how long each act runs and when they're expected to wrap—without doing mental math or asking for clarification. If a band needs to know when to have their gear packed up, or your lighting team wants to plan a specific cue for the closer, it's all there on the sheet.

Both columns are optional, so you can turn them on when timing matters and leave them off when you just need a simple rundown. It's a small addition that makes printed advances more useful for the people who rely on them most.
